Five TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Wednesday at Warwick Farm, Bendigo, Eagle Farm, Belmont & Gawler.

Warwick Farm: Race 6 @ 4:20pm

From the inside gate Nerone will show enough dash to hold the lead. BARTLEY (3) resumed well in tougher company at Randwick a fortnight ago. Landed in the one x one however got shuffled back around the turn and was held up long enough on straightening to lose winning claims. Will be fitter for the run and drops in grade. James McDonald rides who partnered him when second in the Black Opal and down the track in the Sires' Produce. Stable enjoy a near 23% strike rate when McDonald rides. NERONE (6) resumes. Built a strong record through his eight career starts to date, all in Victoria. Form out of most his starts has held up well. Favourably drawn and should be forward enough after a pair of trials. RETURN WITH HONOUR (9) was beaten as favourite on resuming at Eagle Farm. Will at least strip fitter for the run and has some strong two-year-old form. AFTERMATH (10) shapes as an improver second up on firmer footing. SELECTIONS: Bartley profiles well. Back accordingly.

Eagle Farm: Race 5 @ 2:50pm

Lacey Lynx Pack and Golly Hutt will take forward roles at a moderate tempo. The Chris Waller-trained SAYL (4) scored over 1650m at Doomben two runs back then closed hard and just missed over the same course and distance last Wednesday. Winning chance dropping back from a Class 4 to a Class 3 in a race softened up by a couple of key scratchings. ULTIMATE RING (7) doesn't win too often but has been finding the line well of late. Settled near the tail then made a sustained run to get up for 4th over 1666m at Ipswich last time out. Rock-hard fit after four runs back from a spell and is worth including. GOLLY HUTT (1) mixes his form but cannot be underestimated in this company. Beaten narrowly after leading most of the way two runs back over 1400m at the Sunshine Coast. New to this trip but without a huge amount of pressure likely he should run it out. TWILIGHTER (6) is worth another chance dropping back to a more suitable distance. SELECTIONS: #4 Sayl on the quick back-up looks too good.

Bendigo: Race 5 @ 3:20pm

Expecting Anirishman to take up the running. BLONDEAU (4) was backed into the red winning the Maiden here and then didn't have the best of it in town building his figures in much stronger than this. He's been saved for this and expect the Waller colt to bounce. EARLY MORNING RISE (9) returned in good order and has plenty up the sleeve. Williams sticks and the mare is sure to take beating. MACCABEE (11) has good ability and will be ready to fire third-up. He wasn't beaten far in a Group 2 last campaign. STRADARI (3) had trialled well and won the Maiden in good fashion on debut. He draws to advantage and will get every chance to go on. ANIRISHMAN (1) resumes off a well-bet Maiden win for a star yard. He's sure to have come on and keep a close eye on the market. SELECTIONS: Backing # 4 Blondeau each way at the current $7.00 quote.

Gawler: Race 6 @ 4:45pm

Panzer Princess may be the one to run them along. BOOMER BEACH (1) missed a lip resuming here in a bit stronger on the heavy and has more up the sleeve. The 3kg claimer goes on today and he can be winning despite the good surface. PANZER PRINCESS (7) disappointed as favourite here on the heavy but the three close-up efforts before on dryer surfaces read well. She will control the race from the low gate and peaking gets the chance to record a deserved win. JACK'S SISTER (5) resumes and is up to this at best. She goes well fresh and can make the finish with a good ride. CARBONE (3) missed 1.4L here two back and is a hope with a return to that.  SELECTIONS: Expecting #1 Boomer Beach to have an edge.
