The Listed WH Wylie Handicap is the main race on the Morphettville card this weekend.
It is a good race day when some nice horses are running and that is the case in that sprint.
But some value is around horses like Lakhani Rose as she resumes following top runs through the carnival.
While she didn't contest group races, she was flashing home in short course sprints and almost overcoming impossible starts.
They will run along in this and importantly it is at 1100m so when they start to get tired, her speed can get them late.
Remember she won first up on this track back in February and the claim here is perfect.
We are also going for a mare resuming in the last over the same trip but this one is of a much different variety.
Wings Of Pastrami didn't win last campaign but it was hardly a bad one.
She took on all the fillies races in the carnival and was hardly poor into sixth in the Australasian Oaks.
Now while she will love a mile, she was good enough to win in Melbourne back in December at Flemington at 1400m.
That indicates back into BM72 company, she will only need to be close enough to cause dramas late. Hope the barrier is no hindrance.
