Seven TAB meetings are held across Australia on this Wednesday at Warwick Farm, Sandown, Swan Hill, Ipswich, Morphettville, Bunbury & Launceston.

Warwick Farm: Race 1 @ 2:10pm

Nothing to run them along here so the pace looks only average. CAT D'ORO (1) is a four-start maiden who had a torrid run three-wide last time out when a 4.1 length third at Randwick over 1100m. That was the first run for 11 weeks so he will strip a lot fitter today. Bold showing expected with the blinkers added and McDonald taking over. Stablemate CAPTIVARE (7) is first up from a 12-week spell. Only run last campaign was a fifth at Newcastle over today's distance as a short-priced favourite. Placed in a recent trial. Big run expected with the shades on for the first time. TAMERLANE (5) resumes. Wasn't disgraced at his only race start when beaten 3 lengths in the Group 3 Black Opal at Canberra in March. Don't underestimate. RESILIENT STAR (3) did his best work late when runner-up over 1100m at Gosford last time out. Has only raced twice so there is plenty of room for improvement, particularly over the longer trip. SELECTIONS: Waller looks a huge chance to train the first three winners, starting with #1 Cat D'Oro.

Sandown: Race 2 @ 2:30pm

Average tempo with Decker finding the lead and with a few others close-up. CHIEF ALTONY (2) has missed a whisker the last three this grade and trip with the latest at The Valley. Should enjoy the bigger track and is a promising galloper who can take it out with Oliver going on. HASSELTOFF (3) won the Maiden comfortably as favourite and the city form at the back of the last preparation reads strongly. Is up to this and fitter will be finishing hard. MEEHNI (7) brings good figures from Adelaide and gets the stable hoop and the visors on. She will be very competitive. SHEZA SNIPER (10) won the Maiden well this trip and won't be far away using the handy gate. SELECTIONS: #2 Chief Altony can win and go on. #6 Caffrey also appeals in Race 7.

Morphettville Parks: Race 5 @ 3:05pm

Pace looks hot with Munster, Time Warrior and Oh Please Dianna all prominent from the jump. OH PLEASE DIANNA (3) led and missed a nose in a city 72 and then raced favourite here in a 76 and faded out. He rates strongly for a CL1 and should be winning with Vorster going back on. MUNSTER (2) is a Kiwi resuming for the Hickmott yard and is right up to this on what we've seen. Has trialled and is sharp fresh. Keep very safe. SHARPLY ATTIRED (12) resumed in good order and fitter can make the placings. SOWPODS (13) wasn't beaten far the latest and is in the mix. SELECTIONS: #3 Oh Please Dianna rates strongly and up and running can beat the danger.

Launceston: Race 3 @ 7:00pm

Gee Gee Acehigh may be the one to lead and a few others are capable of taking a sit. LADY JOKER (4) didn't have much luck after the first-up 60 win and then was only beaten 1.1L in much stronger than this. Gets the handy 3kg claim and should have the tow to manage the sticky gate. The one to beat. EQUILAGO (5) resumed in better grade and needed the run. He has plenty to give and can make the finish pushing forward. TILTHEREWARSYOU (10) has been a round the mark and finally gets a low gate. She's worth another chance. ZAGAME (8) resumed in good order and is a chance building on that and keeping the 3kg claim. SELECTIONS: #4 Lady Joker peaks and gets her chance in this line-up.
