Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for May 20.
Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Hawkesbury, Pakenham Syntheic, Moree, Kilmore and Warwick.
HAWKESBURY: RACE 2 @ 12:50 PM
MY SNOW QUEEN (8) was very good on debut when fourth in a much harder event at Warwick Farm. Will have taken plenty of benefit from that race day experience and drawn perfectly for Bayliss in gate two. Rates the testing material. SPICY RESTAURANT (4) has been close up all three runs this time in and will be at peak fitness now fourth-up from the spell. Has placed over this journey and looks a real threat. MONTE DUNDEE (7) has drawn the inside barrier and gets the services of Berry in the irons. Must respect. PYRAMINX (2) has tuned up for this with three trials the last being a close third at Rosehill. In the mix. REMUS (3) is a massive watch on debut after having no less than eight trials.

PAKENHAM SYNTHETIC: RACE 1 @ 5:30 PM
MCILROY (3) changed stable after debut effort to finish a solid second at Mornington last time out. Looks ideally placed against this line up and forward showing on the cards. RED SISTA (7) led them up and boxed on soundly on debut. Can only be improved by the experience and expected to go close here. QUINDI PENSI (4) ran second at only performance and was then sent for a break. If returns in same order will give this a shake. HALVOYA (6) is going to strip fitter for first-up assignment and the extra ground is a plus.

MOREE: RACE 7 @ 4:15 PM
VERY SHARP (9) has been very honest only missing the top four once in seven career starts, and that was in a Listed race. Has a handy first-up record with a win and a second from two attempts and loves this distance with a win and four placings from five starts. The clear one to beat. VERTICAL (8) goes well at the trip with a win and a second from two starts. Will be nearing peak fitness fourth-up from the spell and can be right in the finish. MYMILL (11) goes well here with two wins and a second from three starts. In the mix. V J DAY (1) has placed two from three over the journey and gets 4kg weight relief. Must be included. ONLY CHOICE (4) has placed over this course and distance and is best of the rest.
SELECTIONS: Very Sharp to win.
KILMORE: RACE 4 @ 3:00 PM
LION'S TOOTH (5) won the Maiden here first-up before coming back and just-missing as a well-bet favourite. Peaks now and can win with a leading jockey going on. PACIFIC RIM (4) resumes in easier grade for a hot yard and will race over further. Rates strongly and no surprise his he's more forward this time around. CYCLONE SALLY (9) was much better at Kyneton and can make the finish building on that. RAISE 'EM UP (1) needed the run first-up and can make quick improvement in easier grade. Rates strongly at best and draws to advantage with a handy 3kg claim.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Lion's Tooth.
WARWICK: RACE 6 @ 2:52 PM
KEEPMOVING FORWARD (10) is fast and had been threatening before delivering the 5.5L Gatton Maiden win. Had been threatening and from the rail can control the race again. He can go on with it now. GREY NOISE (4) missed a nose in the 55 at Gatton first-up making sharp improvement. Orman sticks and fitter he can prove a danger. BY BY MUSIC (2) also missed a lip in the same race running along and gets the 2kg claim today. Peaks now and also has genuine claims. BEL BEAU (6) was good first-up on the same race and can build on that.
SELECTIONS: Backing Keepmoving Forward to win.
