Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at  Canterbury, Sandown, Doomben, Belmont, Murray Bridge, and Darwin.

CANTERBURY: RACE 7 @ 4:20 PM

The well-related WAIRERE FALLS (4) is a model of consistency only missing a top five once in his past 14 starts. Goes well for Berry who has had six steers for two wins and two placings and will be nearing peak fitness for this fifth-up from the spell. Clearly the one they all have to overcome. SAVIGNE (3) also has a high-profile half-brother and loves this track and trip with two wins from two attempts. Drawn to get the run of the race from gate two and looks to play a massive role in the finish. SILENT AGENDA (11) rarely runs a bad race and is a must for exotics. KAPTIVE (10) has won over this course and distance and can earn a cheque. JUNGLE BOOK (7) has placed three from three at this track and is best of the rest.
SELECTIONS: Wairere Falls to win.

BELMONT PARK: RACE 8 @ 4:20 PM

Fresh is best for SPECIAL VIEW (4) who is yet to miss a placing on resumption. That alone puts it right in the finish. CONVICTED MAN (2) is at the right stage of the prep to go well. Has had a mini break after a disappointing outing that did have excuses at Northam in May. Can be in the placings. PATROCITY (7) comes out of the same race as Belle Of Liberty. Covered ground without cover and with fitness can't be discounted. GUNMETAL GREY (6) can go well first-up but might have the rain affected track against it. Has a case on ability for the placings at least.
SELECTIONS: Special View the win and quinella it with Convicted Man and Patrocity.

MURRAY BRIDGE: RACE 8 @ 3:40 PM

LE DUPE (1) was strong late getting the better of Zella at Balaklava. He draws the extreme outside but the stable is going well. BACK POCKET (13) has been placed at four of eight starts here and was OK up in class behind Icecrusher last time. AUSSIE SOJOURN (9) finished off well from a long way back behind Le Dupe at Balaklava and should also be suited getting out in distance. NOSTROVIA (14) was well backed and won impressively at Port Augusta last time and draws a good barrier. ARKTIKA KLASSE (20) was a good Casterton winner at odds last time and should be thereabouts. LOLLIELUCAS (2) ran well first-up from a spell and getting out to the 1800 m looks a bonus. He draws poorly as well but must be respected.
SELECTIONS: Le Dupe to win again

SANDOWN-HILLSIDE: RACE 3 @ 1:35 PM

LULU DARLING (1) won the debut outing on the synthetic and then placed in much stronger at Caulfield chasing solidly. Impressed in that and today she draws for the run of the race. Fitter now and can bounce back. CHOISIR LANE (2) won the Ballarat Maiden comfortably on debut and resumes for the sharp yard with Oliver a key jockey booking. Gets the advantageous gate and will go close naturally improved. SANTERO (7) reaches peak fitness and was unlucky the latest at Sale. In good hands and is a player briefly freshened. DEMANDO (4) finds easier grade and is in the mix drawn low with a small claim.
SELECTIONS: Backing Lulu Darling.
