BALLARAT: RACE 5 @ 3:45 PM

MAWAANY MACHINE (2) goes to the bigger jumps for the first time. Previous hurdle form solid and is expected to give this a shake. THE DOMINATOR (1) has good form over the bigger jumps but has been burdened with a hefty impost. Will be up in the firing line here and is expected to run well. WHITE HEATH (5) will be all the better for most recent outing over the bigger jumps and can feature. MASTER POET (3) switches to the bigger jumps for the first time after some mixed hurdle form. Should not be discounted. SELECTIONS: Back Mawaany Machine to win.

MOE: RACE 7 @ 3:55 PM

STRADARI (3) is getting closer to another win after finishing not far behind the talented National Guard last start in stronger grade. Although this trip may be on the outer limits of his distance range he's likely to get an economical run behind the speed and should take holding out at the finish. EPAULETTE PRINCE (6) is a last start winner in this distance range on speed and he's drawn to enjoy a similar run here. This is his best trip and there's no reason why he can't go close again. EARL OF KENDAL (5) gets the Blinkers on again and appears to be suited back to this trip after going down as a well supported favourite at his past two. He can bounce back. WARLIST (4) gets the services of Craig Newitt and is worth including in the exotics. SELECTIONS: Stradari can get back to the winner's circle.

PORT AUGUSTA: RACE 5 @ 3:35 PM

HARD RANSOM (3) comes off a good run behind She's Estelle, he draws a good gate and gets his chance to break through. JULIEJULIEJILLY (6) was placed behind May's West at Gawler two runs back before being well beaten behind She's Estelle last time. ALWAYS SOMETIMES (1) can be an improver in a race like this. GILHANINA (4) was placed behind Mutinous at Balaklava three starts back which is good form for a race like this. SELECTIONS: Hard Ransom to prove hard to beat.

SUNSHINE COAST: RACE 6 @ 4:32 PM

LUCIFER'S LOOT (1) is fast and was much too good here winning the CL1 from the front. Keeps Orman and and draws the coveted rail. Promising and can go right on with it. ATOUCHOFSYN (9) has come back to racing much improve and the near-miss here behind Red Rubi reads well. Will ride the speed and the 3kg claim is handy. POTENT VIEW (5) has been racing well and can play a role. Course winner and like the little space between runs. SELECTIONS: Backing Lucifer's Loot.

WYONG: RACE 4 @ 2:15 PM

Scratchings change this up. TESTIMONIAL (11) failed narrowly first-up at Newcastle and had been competing in Group and Listed company last campaign. Will find this much easier and rates the testing material in this line-up. DALCHINI (8) has yet to taste defeat in both trials and must be kept safe.Looks to have nice talent. ARTHUR FRANCIS (1) also comes off a pair of trials. They have been solid and he has been to the races before. Solid enough in two outings and returns gelded. SELECTIONS: Testimonial to win.
