Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Nowra, Tuncurry, Swan Hill and Cairns.

NOWRA: RACE 6 @ 4:05 PM

SO SNEEKY (1) has to come back in trip off a brief freshen but rates strongly. Has won 2/2 this track including this trip. He will race handy and take beating. C'MON REG (6) has won two of the last three with the Kembla Maiden win the best of them. Lifts in grade but gets weight relief and will go close using the low barrier. PERFECT PITCH (4) is an improver down from Canberra and the Wagga near-miss stacks right up. Gets a soft run and keep very safe. MANDALORIAN (13) was well beaten at Hawkesbury last start and drops back to country level today. Gets Alysha Collett in the saddle. Up in distance and won't be far away.
SELECTIONS: Backing So Sneaky in a good contest.

TUNCURRY: RACE 5 @ 3:10 PM

It's hard to fault the form of POSEIDON RULER (1) who has only missed a drum once in eight starts and that was a handy fourth at Newcastle. Is one from one over this journey and will be at peak fitness for this fifth-up from the spell. Rates the testing material. ARE WE GOOD (8) finally shed the maiden tag last start and will take confidence from that effort. Magorrian was on board for that win and sticks. Can be right in the finish again. ALL THAT SASS (7) improved in her first run for the new stable last time out and gets plenty of weight relief with the 4kg claim. In the mix. CICCINA (5) will strip fitter third-up from the spell and is from a good barn. Respect. UNEARTHED (10) has placed second-up before and is best of the rest.
SELECTIONS: Poseidon Ruler to win.

SWAN HILL: RACE 5 @ 3:00 PM

BLUE SMARTIE (9) is up to this and should be ready to show his best. The winkers are applied first time and she gets the nod in an open race. OUTLAW NED (7) debuted in good order and can build on that. Draws out but has a future. BOB'S BAY (1) is knocking on the door and can improve into the finish. CADBURY CASTLE (2) debuts for a sharp barn with in the in-form Bates up. for COCONUT QUEEN (10) has to come back in trip but races at peak fitness and he'll be around the mark. The gate is against but he p[profiles well.
SELECTIONS: Going with Blue Smartie each way.

CAIRNS: RACE 6 @ 3:34 PM

SWAN CAP (1) brought strong figures from Victoria and won the Maiden easily first-up for the new barn. He has plenty to give and the speedy galloper can go right on with it. TOFF ROCKS (3) has finished close-up twice since the surprise 70 win. Ran favourite the latest and gets another chance. GRAND DE LAGO (4) also switched barns and improved sharply beaten a lip first-up at Rockhampton. Uses the rail and keeps a top hoop. Fitter he can make the finish. TAPTHETILL (2) won here this grade finding better form. Needs to lift again but won't be far way.
SELECTIONS: Backing Swan Cap to win.
