Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Orange, Grafton, Hamilton and Toowoomba.

ORANGE: RACE 2 @ 2:25 PM

PREMOSPHERE (2) looks one of the best bets on the program. She returns from a spell (132 days) and comes from the astute Portelli yard. Her career to date (4:0-2) has been in tougher company and she trialled nicely in town ahead of this race, finished 2nd of 6 when just beaten by smart sprinter, Lady Brook. She should be winning this. SHAZA (10) could be the improver. Her only start to date was in town as a 2YO, when finishing last of 10. She had a spell (153 days) and has trialled well in town ahead of this task, finishing 1st of 3 and 3rd of 6. EM CEE GEE (1) is a consistent type (14:0-5) and is capable of running a place here. REACH FOR JOY (9) finished 8th of 12 when first-up from a spell (104 days). She led them up that day and from the draw, she could lead again and should be fitter second-up. GINGEMBRE (7) is on debut and didn't impress in her only public trial, finishing last of 5. The stable is fire though and from the gun draw, she could be well in this race.
SELECTIONS: Premosphere to win. Exacta: 2 standout to beat 1-10.

GRAFTON: RACE 7 @ 5:50 PM

PROPHETESS (7) is fast and resumed with a close-up effort at the Gold Coast before delivering the big Maiden win at Ballina as favourite. She's in a sharp yard and fitter can take the next step. HEY WAYNE (5) won the Maiden by a space at Armidale and is an improver who can build on that sitting low in the weights. PRUE'S PROPHET (10) is an improver who looks an each way hope. ENDANGERED SPECIES (2) resumes and has shown plenty. Draws out but gets a leading hoop and the late market will tell with him.
SELECTIONS: Backing Prophetess.

HAMILTON: RACE 4 @ 3:00 PM

CORALEE (9) was good on debut and then was beaten a lip at Echuca. Linda takes over and fitter - and up to the mile - the mare should be winning for the State's premier barn. BRING THE STARS (11) will be better for the two runs back in stronger Maidens. He has plenty up the sleeve and he can make the finish if he doesn't get stuck away from the rails draw. PINDARI POINT (12) has been slow off both starts and will be suited up to the mile. We haven't see the best of him. HALIC (2) got closer at Bairnsdale. Close to peak fitness and his best figures would see him in the finish.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Coralee.
