Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for December 15.
Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Wyong, Sandown-Hillside, Ipswich, Belmont park and Strathalbyn.
WYONG: RACE 4 @ 3:30 PM
WISDOM OF WATER (3) is a classy campaigner who has spent the majority of his career racing at Group and Listed level. Has a handy record over this journey with two wins and three placings from nine outings and hails from a very good barn. Looks the one to beat. SNITZONFIRE (6) had made a promising start to his career with three consecutive victories before a close-up fourth at Rosehill last time out. Clark has been in the irons for two of those wins and sticks. Looks the main danger. EMPOWERMENT (4) resumes but has tuned up for this with a dominant trial win here and can play a role in the finish while fresh. TANKER (2) has bounced back to form at his past couple and can make his presence felt. HEAD LEGISLATOR (1) has placed two from three when racing first-up and looks one for the exotics players.

SANDOWN-HILLSIDE: RACE 6 @ 6:30 PM
PAL D'ORO (2) might just put it all together this campaign. Showed plenty of talent without making the most of it last time around but resumed with a strong and fairly fuss-free success here and can see him going right on with that now. Tipping he wins again. A fitter GALACTUS (3) can be his biggest danger. Good return and was a second up winner last time around. The consistent OBI (12) ran well fresh and that form looks okay.
SELECTIONS: Backing Pal D'oro to go on with the job.
IPSWICH: RACE 7 @ 5:10 PM
SEE MARIE (11) was fresh and heavily-bet and belted the CL3 field on the poly surface. She has more to give and has won 2/4 second up. Will race over longer but can take this out along the way. ENTERPRISE PRINCE (2) has been freshened off the two Eagle Farm placings in stronger. He has trialled since last seen and is a threat with the run of the race. FISTICUFFS (3) gets back but brings strong figures and will be nearing peak fitness. He is right up to this but needs a good ride. GETYOURGREYON (4) gets the switch to the hit hoop and is ready to fire third-up. He can sit handier today and has won here.

BELMONT PARK: RACE 5 @ 4:40 PM
YUNA MAILMAN (1) is a leader who has won two of his last three starts by spaces. Draws to control the race and benefits from a handy 3kg claim Clearly the one they have to beat. CHEVAL DE VAGA (2) resumed here for the new barn with an easy win. He's much improved and draws for a soft on-pace run. He gets in well with the 3kg claim and fitter is a player. ENTICING (3) has just been lipped out the last two and comes back in class off the latest. Has the small claim and can't be ruled out. SATURN BLACK (6) ran his best race winning here second-up this grade. The outside barrier makes it tougher. SELECTIONS: Keen on Yuna Mailman.
STRATHALBYN: RACE 5 @ 4:35 PM
NOT A ZAK (1) is in a top barn and will be better for the two runs back in stronger races. Has the handy 3kg claim and will enjoy the run of the race from the low barrier. He is has plenty up the sleeve and should have them covered despite the shorter trip. FINAL CHANCE (2) just missed here the latest getting back on track. He can sit handy today and the 2kg claim brings him into it. SHOWUSYOURMOTOR (6) peaks and has been threatening. Always puts in and gets another chance. KUNGKA MARU (11) won the Maiden comfortably at Oakbank and then put in a good effort in stronger in town. Has a handy 4kg claim and is a player.
