Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Canterbury, Cranbourne and Pinjarra.

CANTERBURY: RACE 1 @ 12:50 PM

HELL I AM (4) is resuming here and returns a gelding. Showed plenty of ability last time in and looks to have matured. Ridden off the speed in a recent trial and rounded them up effortlessly to score. Heavy track won't be a problem and looks hard to beat. MOSCOW NIGHT (6) from the Waterhouse/Bott camp would have taken plenty of improvement out of his unlucky debut 5th at Randwick three weeks ago. WE DON'T ROAM (12) got well out of her ground at Kembla on debut before making up many many lengths late. Can race closer from a better gate today. THE LION'S GATE (13) was only fair on debut, but held on well to the line. Wet track no concern. HELL'S FURY (9) is a nicely bred Hellbent filly making her debut. Much better trial last start and has rough place prospects.
SELECTIONS: Hell I Am to win.

CRANBOURNE: RACE 4 @ 2:30 PM

FARHH FLUNG (2) should prove hard to beat. He's run second at both runs this time in, the latest at Swan Hill when closing off well to just miss the favourite. Gets leading jockey Jye McNeil on today and this looks his race to lose. PICK UP CHICKS (4) has been freshened since a fair effort at Sale over 2238m last start. Form around this trip is solid and he should run well. WINDS OF MARCH (6) wasn't all that far away first up over 1400m at Bendigo and will strip fitter for the rise in trip. GAMEGIRL (8) can improve after struggling at Donald.
SELECTIONS: Farhh Flung to win.
