Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Moruya, Tamworth and Cairns.

MORUYA: RACE 3 @ 2:25 PM

JUSTE UN CLOU (13) only narrowly went down at Goulburn on debut and will have derived a stack of benefit from that race day experience. Drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley and this looks a nice race to break through. OCCHIATA (9) has placed two from two over this trip and is a market watch having her first run for the new stable. Keep safe. ISTORIA GIRL (12) has been plying her trade in harder company and will appreciate the drop in grade here. In the mix. STEAMED HAMS (10) has hit the top-four in six of her past seven starts and is a must for the exotics. TENACIOUS LADY (11) was well in the betting at Canberra on debut and where there's smoke there's fire. Respect any betting confidence.
SELECTIONS: Juste Un Clou to win.

TAMWORTH: RACE 2 @ 2:40 PM

LADY BRULEE (12) has been racing her way into full fitness and finished a game third as favourite here just over a fortnight ago, beaten by a very short margin. She steps up to a middle distance for the first time and even though she is out of her class, she should still get the job done. MY GEM (10) has been running on in her last two starts in tougher company and will appreciate the extra furlong on offer here. Hard to beat. THINK'N LUCKY (11) ran his best race ever when running fourth in the same race as the top pick. He is bred to excel over the longer journeys and can run into to the money. Include in all combinations. SPRINGSTREET BLUES (6) is a bit of a battler but has been placed twice on his home course and in a field that lacks depth, he gets his chance to add to that record.
SELECTIONS: Lady Brulee to win.

CAIRNS: RACE 4 @ 2:57 PM

COSMIC LEGEND (6) was a little plainer his latest from a wide gate but the win and the following nose defeat read well. Has the rail today and can bounce back. MISSION HOUSE (2) spiked his figures leading and easily winning the 55 at Home Hill as expected. He may control the race again and is sure to give a sight. SEALION (3) got too far back when beaten 2L here in a 65 well-supported. He's been threatening a win and is drawn low. Gets another chance. KING'S HALO (7) finished ahead of the above in the same contest. Has more to give and also has claims.
SELECTIONS: Going with Cosmic Legend.
