Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Wyong, Wagga, Cranbourne, Bendigo, Beaudesert and Pinjarra.

WYONG: RACE 8 @ 5:35 PM

UNSTOPABULL (7) underrated sprinter who finds the right race today after having no luck from the outside gate when eighth over 1100m at Rosehill in BM72 grade on February 28. Near his top now and tempo suits. DAGON (4) returned for second prep with a dominant Mdn win over 900m at Newcastle on February 17. In leading yard and looks to have come back much stronger. OPAL FIELDS (8) promising filly yet to finish out of the money in three outings. Won her debut first-up this time in before catching the eye late when second over 900m at Goulburn on February 15. Extra distance suits and can play a leading role here. JAEX (10) resuming from a three-and-a-half month break. Bumped into some handy types last time in and lone win came at this track. Fitted with one trial and looks good each way value.
SELECTIONS: Unstopabull to win.

WAGGA: RACE 1 @ 2:10 PM

Tricky one to kick things with a handful of first starters engaged. CHRISTMAS STAR (4) is a Star Turn filly stepping out on debut for the Joseph & Jones stable. Chased solidly into the frame in her sole lead up trial and is drawn to advantage with Quayde Krogh sticking. Bright start anticipated. JUST GOOGLE ME (2) is on debut for the Scott Spackman. Kept on soundly into the placings behind a much more experienced runner. Can improve off that hit out. His stablemate TOGOODTOBEACOD (5) also faces the starter for the first time and comes through the same trial but finished a bit further down the track. In the mix. HEY YA BUSTER (3) next best.
SELECTIONS: Backing Christmas Star to win on debut.

PINJARRA: RACE 3 @ 2:50 PM

PIN DEEP (1) resumed with a solid effort at Scarpside and has run some nice races in stronger city grade. He's sure to have come on and this is a suitable assignment. RISEANFALL (5) resumes and is also well-placed. Last preparation she was narrowly beaten twice at Ascot and likes to run along. The betting should provide a guide to her readiness. MASCHINO MOON (11) resumes and raced favourite at Bunbury on debut. Has a wide gate but will be naturally improved and should go well. SPECIAL STREET (2) is speedy and has been around the mark without winning. Peaks today and is in the mix at a decent price.
SELECTIONS: With Pin Deep.
