Tuesday Ready To Fly

3 minute read

The Michael Clements trained Tuesday is unbeaten fresh and looks well placed to continue that trend at Kranji on Saturday.

Set to contest the tenth event, Tuesday has won both previous first up attempts and boasts some strong collateral form.

Last seen finishing sixth behind stablemate Tiger Roar in Gr.3 company, Tuesday also bumped into smart mare Celavi and the flying Sun Ops when beaten last preparation.

On Saturday he faces an even line up and gets in very well down in the weights.

Louis-Phillippe Beuzelin legs back aboard having ridden him in two of his three career wins and looks to get every possible from the inside draw.

Tuesday has placed in five of six attempts on the polytrack and while a stretch at 1200m, he has trialled very well and looks ready to fire.

When assessing Timeform weight adjusted ratings he sits clear on best form and while he'll likely have improvement to come, he still should prove very hard to beat.

The Mark Walker trained Sacred Gift continued his solid run of form last start when finishing fourth behind Makkem Lad.

Shuffled back to last in the Kranji Stakes A event, he caught the eye late and is sure to appreciate the drop back in grade.

Seow legs back aboard (placed 3/3) and from the inside draw he may get the chance to settle closer.

Yet to win at this trip but is a noted flier on the polytrack (placed 10/16) and has to be included in the main hopes.

Stablemate Entertainer won well second up and although rising at the weights he still appears a leading chance.

A winner of five of his last eight starts he is racing in great form and should look to lead from the wide draw/

Hakim sticks having won in three of four attempts and he is sure to give them all something to chase.

Of the rest last start winner Leatherhead appears the next in line.

Good luck and happy punting.
