Small fields line the day at Morphettville Parks again this weekend and we’re on two 4yo mares in later races.
After a good win two weeks ago at this course, Flying Krupt can build on that on Saturday.
The mare just needs one thing to run to her best and that is dry ground. Her good track runs are excellent, her wet track ones are poor.
She has a 3kg claim again and that puts her not far over the minimum.
The 1300m will be as far as she has run before but off last effort, that should not be a problem.
Onto the final race where Diamond Tycoon will look to rebound from a run when favourite here.
This race sees her dropping from 56.5kg to 52kg after the claim for Chris Caserta.
There were some excuses two weeks back and it would be no surprise to see a quick bounce back.
That weight advantage will play a role in this event.
