More Listed action at Ascot this weekend this time for the 3yos as they gear up for the Autumn carnival feature races.
However the first pick is for a horse with seven wins from nine starts and her last five in a row.
Electric Light was at her best during last Spring at Belmont with William Pike enjoying the ride.
She got off the pace in each of those races so the smaller field will help a bit.
No matter what the ground status, she finishes off each time and Pike has the ride again.
It looks like we’ll get great odds about ‘a winner.’
Have been thinking Assetro is a WA Oaks filly and she can stand up as a contender in the Natasha Stakes.
She will need a little luck from the draw but so will several other main chances.
Bred to want every bit of this, she can sit back and come with a strong run. Can easily see her being a big part of the next month of Perth racing.
