We are still on the Parks track this weekend where they’ll try to avoid the rain around.
Hoping with the light weight after the claim that Akkacan can keep his run of form going.
He got a win on this course and distance two weeks ago and a soft track would be perfect.
Sitting anywhere in the run, he’ll enjoy a fast pace and will be hard to hold out.
Taking a bit of a gamble hoping the weather is not the best as Dexelation can get back to winning ways in Race 7.
First up he was very well backed suggesting he was going well. He just held his ground late.
But the key to this horse is he needs some give in the ground. He’s had seven runs on soft or worse surfaces and won six of them.
He’ll look to camp on the back of the speed here and run home hard.
