Last of the Adelaide carnival’s G1s is on with the time honoured Goodwood run over the 1200m.
We'll look at that later but more than happy to back Harbour Views as the best on the day.
He runs in the RA Lee Stakes - a race that often sets a good horse up for the Spring ahead.
Leading into his run during Cup week at Flemington, he was unbeaten but luck did him in there. Off a spell he was then in the betting but got too far back on the heavy going.
That Sandown effort means he's ready now second up and the mile is probably going to be as short as he needs but on potential he's the best horse here.
John Allen gets back on and he has a great record on the horse. The future looks bright for Harbour Views.
After that we head to the Goodwood and it is the best running of the race in a long time with multiple G1 winners entered.
There are chances across the board but some of them have had long campaigns with past targets. One who hasn't is The Inevitable.
He was excellent in the Spring winning in Melbourne and Sydney and then last start dropped back to an unsuitable 1000m race when flashing home.
Just hoping the added furlong is still not too short but if he gets a cart home, he will be strong through the line.
