It is a solid if unspectacular meeting in Adelaide with all the attention over east.
The McEvoy's got a late call up into the big one at Randwick but they can jag a win on the day with The Difference looking so well placed in Race 5.
Two good wins were followed by a close second and the 1300m then might have been that tad too far.
Back 100m on Saturday, he has drawn right out but remember it is the dogleg start and he'll just look to track them up wide then make the move around the one bend.
The claim sets him up well against the majority of the field who are not exactly finding the winner's post of late.
Over to Race 7 where we see Kenyan Wonder makes her resumption to the race track.
Just last campaign she ventured into the unknown running in the RN Irwin and DC McKay Stakes. In those races she was 5L and 3L – the official winners of those races were Gytrash and Behemoth who have another engagement this weekend of mountainous proportions.
Her first up record is more than acceptable and from the draw can be wherever they wish to be.
Expecting there might be some money for her with that form so want to back her early.
