The Michael Clements trained Kassab looks poised to run a big race fresh when set to resume at Kranji on Saturday.
Due to contest the final event the son of Exceed And Excel has displayed good ability in his seven starts despite notching up just the sole career win.
Beginning his career in the UK, Kassab displayed good ability and won well in his Singapore debut back in January.
Fresh off a 500 day break it was quite the training performance and while unable to win again last preparation he ran well in both subsequent starts.
Given a short break (91 days) he has trialled very well in the lead up and looks in good order for his return.
When assessing Timeform weight adjusted ratings he looks well treated after the claim and should be prominent from the outset.
Somewhat on trial at the trip but he had performed well over 1200m in the UK and I wouldn't be too concerned.
Will likely still have improvement to come but he should be forward enough to be very hard to beat.
The David Kok trained Happy Moment is in great form and looms as a major threat.
An impressive winner at his last two starts he is racing in career best form and while rising at the weights he still appears well placed.
Expect him be conceding Kassab a start on straightening though he should be very strong late.
The Mark Walker trained Aftermath disappointed last start but is capable when right and has to be kept safe.
His first up run behind Water Rocket was very good and if able to get back to that level of form he is sure to be right in the finish.
Of the rest the Leslie Khoo trained Sing Our Song appears the next in line.
