Another Victorian heading over for the metro opportunities is Modear for Patrick Payne and this mare is dropping way back in terms of depth.
The 5yo has been taking on Saturday grade and been right around the mark in those and even won a Flemington race back in May.
After the claim for Jacob Opperman she is well placed again and you'd expect there would be enough tempo to let her charge late as is the pattern often at Murray Bridge.
Thinking she could well tighten up late here but taking the each way odds seems safest.
