Neurological wins Farnley Stakes Listed, $100,000 at Belmont Park, 1400m.
Neurological was a surprise $18 winner, his first at stakes level but his ninth win in 20 starts.
He made an early move to settle outside the leader (Just Act Natural), challenged at the home turn and then kept fighting back well to score a narrow but good win.
Abdicator settled back in the field, tracked up (wide with cover) nearing the home turn, challenged at the 200m and then battled well for second, beaten a head.
Disposition raced back in ninth place, improved between runners on straightening and kept running on to take third, while the favourite Tellem We're Comin went back from a wide barrier and then came from last at the home turn for (2 lengths) fourth.
