Another $75,000 on offer with bet365's Pick 6 Challenge

Leading bookmaker bet365 are putting $75,000 on the line for any logged-in member who correctly selects the winners of six specified races across the Scone, Doomben and Flemington cards this weekend. There are also consolation prize pools of $10,000 to be split amongst those who tip five winners and $5,000 for those who 'only' pick four.

The six featured races are outlined below with the R&S team providing pre-race previews to give you a head start on the form.

Scone Race 8 - Coolmore Dark Jewel Classic @ 3.10pm - 1400m

Group 3 winning mare Banana Queen (11) resumed with a sound fifth, carrying 58kg over 1300m in the G3 Hawkesbury Crown on May 4. Looks to have come back even stronger this time in and drops 5kg today. Won two from four second-up and expected to go close. Group 3 placegetter Shadows Of Love (5) is fifth-up today and has been a model of consistency this time in. Kept coming in a tight finish out wide when third over 1300m in the G3 Hawkesbury Crown. Will need a good ride from the draw but expected to play a leading role again. Fall For Cindy (13) third-up for this and deserves her shot in this grade after getting up in a tight finish at Hawkesbury on May 4. Best form is over this trip and has a big finish. Overriding (4) has the five wins from 12 starts and looks to have gone to a new level this prep. Maps well and not without each way claims.

Doomben Race 7 - Magic Millions Bright Shadow @ 3.22pm - 1110m

Parisal (1) hails from a handy family (half to G1 winner Cylinder) and showed she has come back in good order with a strong Listed win in the Hawkesbury Gold Rush. Is yet to taste defeat in four attempts at the trip and gets J Mac on top from a low draw. Could be in for a nice preparation. Chinny Boom (5) goes well for Stanley who has three wins and two placings from just five steers and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Capable of testing her rivals. The well-related Typhoon Taavi (14) (half to G1 winner and stallion The Mission) has put three wins together on the bounce now and only needs some luck from the car park draw to feature in the outcome. Party For Two (12) and Bubble Rock (2) round out the selections in a deep contest.

Flemington Race 8 - Lexus Andrew Ramsden @ 3.30pm - 2800m

The Map (12) looks the one to beat. Narrowly denied in the Adelaide Cup as favourite two starts back, she raced away off a slow tempo to win last start at Morphettville and should only be fitter for that. Loses nothing with D Lane taking the ride from an inside gate. Excelleration (3) just edged The Map out in the Adelaide Cup but hasn't run since. He has trialled well over 1400m and looks a solid value hope. Lionel (9) worked home well at Mornington at his Australian debut and will relish the 2800m here. He's a listed winner in the UK who will take some beating. Strawberry Rock (5) continues to race well and should be thereabouts, similar story Mostly Cloudy (6) who comes back from the Sydney Cup.

Scone Race 9 - Scone Equine Hospital Luskin Star Stakes @ 3.50pm - 1300m

Amenable (1) smart gelding due for a change of luck, after nearly scoring a major upset when a long neck second over 1400m in the G1 All Aged Stakes at Randwick on April 20. Drops many levels today and should prove hard to hold out on the firmer deck. Jimmysstar (14) has frustrated of late and back to his preferred trip where he's undefeated over the 1300m. Warmed up when the race was over finishing third in the LR Brisbane Qlty (1600m) at Eagle Farm on April 27. Deserves one more chance. Coastwatch (12) inconsistent gelding who won't know himself with 54kg from the inside gate. Charged late in a tight finish with the 61kg when a neck fourth over 1400m at Hawkesbury on May 4. One of the leading contenders with a repeat of latest. Kinloch (7) consistent gelding with his hoof on the till. Rattled late with the 59.5kg when a narrow second over 1400m in the Tamworth Cup on April 26. Down in weight and stays in the numbers.

Doomben Race 8 - Doomben 10,000 @ 4.02pm - 1200m

The feature race on the card, the $1.5 million Group 1 Doomben 10,000. Not a massive field but one packed with quality. The well-traveled Bella Nipotina (5) doesn't know how to run a bad race. Probably should have won the TJ Smith two back before having no luck in the Quokka but still being right there at the finish. Should get a nice sit from the gate and will have race fitness over a few of these. Williams knows her well and can break through for a well-deserved victory. There's no doubting the ability of I Wish I Win (1) but the inside draw might prove a bit sticky here. Trusting McDonald to navigate that and sure to be right there at the business end. Private Eye (2) put in a much better one in the All Aged last time out and may take plenty of catching. Espiona (7) will appreciate the smaller field and Chain Of Lightning (6) cannot be ignored on recent form.

Flemington Race 9 - L.V Lachal Handicap @ 4.10pm - 1600m

Galeron (6) might be a bit of value here. His first-up run over this track and distance was very good when beaten narrowly by a fit Arran Bay. He was well fancied to turn the tables at Mornington over 2000m last time and was a bit disappointing, but back to the expanses of Flemington should suit. Green Fly (15) was a narrow winner over 1400m at Warrnambool last time out and gets in well with 53kg here. His 1600m form doesn't read well at all, especially given he's by Frankel but he's got the talent. Dashing (11) repaid those who stuck fat last start when winning in this grade at Caulfield. He'll be hard to get past again. El Soleado (2) is racing in great heart and should be in the finish again. Maktoob (9) is up to these.
