There have been some big early bets with TAB Fixed Odds for runners early in the cards at Scone, Flemington and Doomben tomorrow.
Some were concerned when I Wish I Win drew the inside marble in tomorrow's $1.5 million Doomben 10,000 but that hasn't deterred punters who have had a red-hot go on the Moody/Coleman-prepared galloper.
The TAB Fixed Odds Market Movers show that they have taken individual bets of $15,000, $5,000 and two x $2,000 wagers on the son of Savabeel fluctuating from $1.95 up to the $2.20 mark. He currently sits at the $2 quote with TAB Fixed Odds.
The five-year-old gelding gets the services of champion hoop James McDonald in the irons and is looking to pick up another valuable Group 1 for connections.
Elsewhere, the Bjorn Baker-trained Spring Lee has been well-found in the sixth at Scone firming from $6 early doors into $3.20. TAB took one sizable wager of $2,600 at $3.70 with the Zoustar filly currently settling at the $3 mark with TAB Fixed Odds.
The third event at Flemington sees Grahame Begg's Kiwi mare Niance looking to bounce back after failing there at the prohibitive quote of $1.45 last time out. One punter has reloaded placing $4,000 on at the $2.90 price with TAB.
Later on the Flemington card, the Team Hayes-conditioned Aztec State has firmed from $6 into $4.80 at TAB with one hopeful punter investing $3,000.
