Race 1
5 Dignify

Many runs in recent times have signalled a horse more than capable of winning a maiden and won't get many better opportunities than what is met today. Should have the wood on all of them looking through the form and with usual manners is the one to beat.
Selections: 5-7-2-4-1

Race 2
2 Haley Jaccka

Reputable stable lines up this debutant with strike-rate driver in the bike when slipping into the colours. Trial and workouts have been very good and look to shape up for an early winner. Good draw, even field should result in success here on debut.
Selections: 2-3-5-7-9

Race 3
2 Ward Lamon

Really good in his last two starts, winning two back and then showing plenty of upside with a bold second when up in grade last time. Lands a sweet draw here today and will be out to make the most of it too and be a little handier to the action. Good chance.
Selections: 2-1-6-4-3

Race 4
3 Asta

Should appreciate getting away from some quality opposition for today's assignment. Wasn't bad behind some good ones last time, but this is a whole new ball game and one which looks achievable, especially from the very good draw.
Selections: 3-6-4-10-9

Race 5
6 Bring On The Muscle

Probably hasn't been quite as good as what most people thought he'd be after looking a star in the making in his age group campaigns. Given a bit more time and tidy trial last week certainly suggests he's heading back in the right direction. Could be too good for them.
Selections: 6-5-2-4-7

Race 6
3 Lorton Vale

Really caught the eye with a strong finish last time out in a field that was, arguably, better than this one. That should bode well, especially with an upgrade in draws to work with here and as long as handy enough turning in, should be right in it.
Selections: 3-1-4-6-7

Race 7
3 Granny Rose

Talented enough to win a race like this and with a few question marks hanging over some of the key rivals, really looks like a great bet at a pretty decent win quote. Manners are, touch wood, pretty good and if able to trot onto the speed, might not look back.
Selections: 3-8-6-7-4

Race 8
6 Louies Girl

Couldn't have been much more impressive winning first up and the scary aspect for rivals today is that this is easier and she's going to be better for having had the run under the belt. Could lead, or could sit off them it's hard to see a scenario where victory doesn't unfold.
Selections: 6-5-2-1-4

Race 9
6 Huki Fella

Classy customer back in action here after creating a good impression during the last campaign. Meets a good field first up but has looked pretty ready in prep runs. Gets a good draw advantage on some key rivals and should be good enough to make the most of it.
Selections: 6-9-4-8-3

Race 10
7 Netherton Franco

Talented enough pacer but can throw in the odd one as seen last time to the races. Good chance to bounce back here though in what is a pretty even field and if anywhere near them turning in, is going to take a whole lot of stopping in the run to the line.
Selections: 7-9-1-6-3

Best: 2 Ward Lamon (Race 3)
Next: Netherton Franco (Race 10)
Value: 6 Bring On The Muscle (Race 5)
