Bought by Neasham & McGuire in latest Inglis Digital auction.
Four-year-old entire Equation (Press Statement) will be aimed at the Sydney Autumn and Brisbane Winter carnivals after being bought for $205,000 by Annabel Neasham and Brian McGuire in the Inglis Digital February (Early) Online Auction.
Trained by Neasham and offered by Aquis Farm - Racing (as agent), Equation has won five of his 11 starts to date including last year's Canberra Guinas (Listed, 1400m).
"He's been bought to syndicate amongst some stable clients," McGuire said.
"He's a lightly-raced, proven Stakes performer who Annabel knows inside out now.
"He'll be aimed at the Sydney autumn and even the Brisbane winter carnivals and I'm sure he'll be picking up more wins in the very near future.
"There are still shares in him available, so anyone interested should get in contact with the stable through Annabel or myself.
"We have bought and sold through Inglis Digital and will continue to do so because it is so easy, efficient and user-friendly.''
Equation was one of three lots to sell for six figures during the auction which saw 177 of the 219 lots offered sell for $2,992,550. The average finished at $16,907 while the median sat at $8,000.
The second top lot was Tidal Creek (Snitzel), a recent winner at Gosford who was bought by Parsons Creek for $175,000 while Yulong Code (Zoustar) was bought by Horse Feng Bloodstock for $175,000.
"It's been another strong start to the new year for Inglis Digital with $8.5 million grossed already from just three sales," Inglis Digital's Business Manager Nick Melmeth said.
"That's $1 million more than the same period last year and what that does is highlight to both buyers and vendors that the confidence in the platform continues to grow – it's just a fantastic system.
"There is an insatiable appetite for bloodstock at all levels at the moment and today's announcement by Racing NSW of prizemoney increases and the introduction of new races such as the $2m The Big Dance – for Country Cups participants especially – is fantastic for the industry.

Entries for the February (Late) Online Sale will close at midnight (AEDT) on Wednesday, February 16.
