Nobel, the second highest-priced youngster sold at last year's Inglis Easter Yearling Sale, will be one of the lots up for grabs when TFI racing conducts a reduction sale next week.

The son of Exceed And Excel and Eremein's half-sister Peace Force, who sold for $2.1 million as a yearling, is one of 21 lots to be offered by TFI at the Magic Millions Online Sale from September 5-9.

All of the TFI lots are three or four-year-old geldings who will be offered without reserve.

Nobel finished third in last year's $400,000 Inglis Banner (1000m) on debut and has registered one further placing, a third in a 1200m Kembla Grange maiden two starts ago, in five subsequent starts for Annabel Neasham.

Flashing Steel (Not A Single Doubt) and Merchant Prince (Written Tycoon), who both contested this year's Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m), will also be offered.

Merchant Prince, who cost $525,000 as a yearling, was the first home in the race, finishing seventh, but Flashing Steel, a $1 million Magic Millions yearling, is the one who boasts a Black Type placing, having finished third in the G3 Canonbury Stakes (1100m) won by Best Of Bordeaux.

Last-start winners Lammer (Swiss Ace), Rekero (Fastnet Rock) and Shirvo (Not A Single Doubt) will also be offered along with unraced Queensland trial winners Barnes (Spieth) and Discotheque (Jukebox).

"The TFI business model is primarily making stallions. Obviously once horses are gelded, they no longer fit that mould," TFI's Racing and Breeding Manager Sally Williams said.

"For this reason only, TFI are presenting an outstanding group of good-looking and well-educated geldings with world class pedigrees through Magic Millions Online.

"There's a selection of unraced and lightly-raced geldings with an abundance of racing upside.

"The majority of horses in the upcoming sale have not raced since being gelded, so the buyers are going to reap the full benefit of the improvement to come."

"We are selling all lots with vet reports and full disclosure and encourage as many prospective buyers as possible to come and inspect them at the Magic Millions Complex on the Gold Coast."

The TFI reduction sale geldings will be available for inspection at Magic Millions from 1pm on September 7 until the close of the sale.
