Inform six-year-old Qiji Star appears ideally placed to make it three wins on the bounce when he steps out in the 1075m Class 5 contest on Track Two at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
Following one win from twenty-six starts in Singapore, Qiji Star has won twice in four Malaysian starts since debuting for the Simon Dunderdale stable back in November. The Star Witness gelding dominated when leading for most of the way over this track and distance on December 31 when scoring by four lengths.
Qiji Star won in similar fashion over 1250m last start here on January 31 and looks a genuine chance of picking up another Class 5 victory come Sunday.
