Last start G1 Perak Derby winner TRUMPY appears on track for successive wins when he steps out in the 1797m Stayers Stakes A contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

With two wins and a second from three Malaysian starts, TRUMPY returns to his home track following his first group success over 2000m five weeks ago. Scoring comprehensively by three lengths, the eight year old has recaptured his best form since joining the stables of Lawson Moy earlier this year.

TRUMPY has maintained fitness with a quiet trial during the week and looks hard to beat at his first run on the inner track.
