Race Summary: WILLIAM'S LEGACY was a bit of a disappointment last time out but will prefer this shorter distance and can go close to winning. JUSTCANTGETENOUGH was not beaten far on local debut and could be a threat. This does seem a stronger race though. KING OF QUEEN was touched off on local debut and can go one better trying the Polytrack this time. TORRONE is clearly better than his last run and is better judged on his good local debut. MIDNIGHT ADVOCATOR is unreliable but could earn some money. OUTER DIMENSION makes his local debut and would not be a surprise winner.

Race 2
Race Summary: A weak race and anything is possible. KYOKA showed improvement on local debut but tries this surface for the first time. VENETIAN MOONLIGHT lacks a strong finish but can earn some money. SEASIDE TRIP could be good enough to win on local debut. KEENONKELLY disappointed on the turf last time but has some fair form on the Polytrack. NAIROBI could earn some minor money this course and distance. MAD WORLD returns to the surface of her fair debut and could be the surprise package of the race.

Race 3
Race Summary: Another competitive race. MEETATTHEWINDSOR won well when trying blinkers but did not repeat it last time out when proving too difficult a ride for Richard Fourie. Blinkers are not carded this time which is interesting. PEDRO is in good form but is probably best on the turf. FUJISAN seemed to find the distance too far last time. THE CHARIOTEER is unreliable but looks course-and-distance suited. WIND SOCK has been disappointing of late but is not out of it. ELUSIVE JUSTICE likes the Polytrack and can surprise. HEAD GARDENER was a disappointment last time out but is capable of an upset.

Race 4
Race Summary: LEGAL THRILLER did not repeat his penultimate good run when well beaten last time out but seems to have more to offer in handicaps and will have Richard Fourie aboard. GUNSMOKE has been at his very best on the turf but is not out of it. JASPERO has run well over this course and distance and deserves some respect. RAISING QUINN is better than the last run would suggest and can contest the finish. KING OF SEVILLE showed improvement last time out and can do even better this time. SAND BANK showed what he is capable of with a good last win and deserves the utmost respect.

Race 5
Race Summary: A very difficult race and we need to go as wide as possible to survive this leg of the exotics. NOTHINGELSEMATTERS makes his local debut but could be the type that takes to the Polytrack. CENTRAL CITY could surprise this course and distance. EUPHORIC is probably better over 1600m but can contest the finish. PAINITE has some ability and is best on this surface so could strike. THEN IN FOCUS is in good form and his last win was on the Polytrack. MAGICAL MIDLANDS drops in class and could surprise. ALADO'S PRIDE is in very good form and clearly is not out of it.

Race 6
Race Summary: Another difficult race. POMPEI WARNING has made good improvement for trainer Gavin Smith and could still be ahead of the handicapper. ESTHER is very speedy and should make a fight of it under Richard Fourie. VEGAS GOLD is in good form but does have a difficult draw for the jockey to overcome. TUSCAN GOLD does not always show his best but is not out of it. GREAT MELODY has won more than once over this course and distance. FERRANDO is a reserve runner at this stage but should go close to winning if getting a chance to run.

Race 7
Race Summary: PASSCHENDAELE tried to make all in a better race than this last time out. She was not beaten far and if this surface is not a problem she looks the one to be with. SUMMER ODYSSEY is in good form and looks course-and-distance suited so looks the obvious threat. CHERE FOR ME is better on turf and has been a bit of a disappointment of late but could play a minor role. IDITA has won on this surface and can improve on some modest recent runs. TIME FOR GLORY could improve after a change of trainer.

Race Summary: YOU WIN AGAIN is in good form and could be ready to score. IQEMBULABESIFAZANE was a bit of a disappointment last time out but can bounce back to score. DREAM SCAPE is battling to win but is capable of contesting the finish. ANGELSEA could run into the minor money once again. SUMMER OF DREAMS makes a local debut and could improve. GLOBAL GODDESS is better than her last run and would not be a surprise winner.
