California-bound Frankie Dettori has been taking part in the British reality TV show “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!”

According to reports Frankie insisted that the broadcasters of I'm A Celebrity… take out a £100 million insurance policy in case he injured himself in one of the trials. Following that unexpected announcement to cancel his retirement and move to California to ride, it sounds like Dettori isn't planning on quitting again any time soon…

Thankfully the stint in the jungle doesn't seem to have caused much in the way of harm as it only lasted two weeks. Frankie was unexpectedly voted out of the jungle at the first time of asking. Which gives him time now to prepare for the racetrack again, as he is set to join the ranks of top jockeys at Santa Anita for 2023-24.
