Prix d'Ispahan day at Longchamp

3 minute read

This G1 is over 1900m and has 8 runners.

Mqse de Sevigne is on top here on 7/4 for Andre Fabre and Alexis Pouchin and this is a horse we have always liked.  Blue Rose Cen has recently had a stable change so we would like to see him run before putting the mortgage on him but his regular jockey Lemaitre keeps the ride and they are on 3/1.  We will also put in Marhaba Ya Sanafi trained by Andres Schutz with Barzelona riding and they are on 13/2 which could be value.

Before that there is the G2 Prix Vicomtesse Vigier over 3200m with only 6 to run (the going of very soft has put off a few) so we are going to Sevenna's Knight on 5/2 – Fabre-Barzalona, and Shembala 11/2 with F-H Graffard training the Aga Khan's runner with Stephane Pasquier riding

And then there is the very competitive Prix du Palais Royale, a G3 over 1400m with 8 to run.  This is very open so the sharp pin has landed on Breizh Sky 15/2 for the Bottis with Theo Bachelot on board.  We like the filly Exxtra who can benefit for the weight allowance – she's on 11/1for the Lerners with Alexis Pouchin riding and then there is the recently gelded Zoom on 6/1 for Fabre-Guyon.  Will that be enough to turn the tables on Breizh Sky?
