Winning Trainer: Ciaron Maher (stable rep Johann Gerard-Dubord speaking)

Another Wil now favourite for the Doncaster: "Ok. We can handle that. Very good. Col McKenna bred him and owns him with a good group of people. He's here today. He's got a very good horse going forward.

"He still does a lot wrong. Pre-race, that's him. He's very energetic. But he keeps raising the bar. There's a lot more to come. He's got a very good racing style. He puts himself there on-speed. The team at Ballarat have done a great job with him. He's had a faultless preparation and hopefully there's more to come.

Pre-race behaviour: "That's him. He's still very immature mentally. He's only four. He's still lightly raced and that's the exciting part. There's still a lot more to come. The day he does everything the right way, the day he furnishes, he could be anything.

"I think he is special. Once he gets on the track, he went down the start and drops his head. He just likes to get on with things. He just loves racing. Once he's on the track he's very professional, so the way he is beforehand is just him. That's why we don't worry about it."

Backing up in Doncaster next week: "He's fit. It's just about keeping him fresh and happy and making sure he recovers well from that. The extra 100m next week on a bigger track will only suit him. There's a drop of rain predicted, that won't hurt him. He's won on a heavy track. He'll have a light weight there, Jamie Kah will stick with him. He should be a good chance."

Winning Jockey: Jamie Kah

On Another Wil living up to expectations: "Yeah, I was a bit nervous. I thought he was a freak, and he is one. It's nice to see him do that."

Always get like that before the race?: "Yeah. If I was riding him for the first day, I'd be a bit concerned but that's him. Every time, even when I trialled him here he was cooked in the mounting yard. But coming out, feels great. He's just a redhead"

Will he handle Group 1 company: "He keeps stepping up and I still think we haven't got anywhere near his peak yet. So bring it on."

Beaten Jockeys:

Sam Clipperton (Rustic Steel): "Didn't see the best of him today."

Chad Schofield (Munhamek): "We had to go a bit further back than we liked from a bad draw. But I liked the way we hit the line bursting through."

Josh Parr (Bandersnatch): "Terrific effort. He seems to have found his form again."

Dylan Gibbons (Ucalledit): "Not terrible but not great either. I just think the race shape didn't suit him."

James Mcdonald (Welwal): "I thought he ran really well."

Jason Collett (Hosier): "No…disappointing. Something is not right there."

Tom Marquand (Von Hauke): "His first time going right handed he got into a bit of a muddle. His last 100m was strong. A good run."

Louis-Philippe Beuzelin (Coin Toss): "We had a great run not far from the eventual winner. As soon as we hit the chopped up ground between the 800m and the 600m, he wasn't comfortable."

Tyler Schiller (Williamsburg): "He probably just jumped too well. Put himself too far forward as I was planning to ride him back and run on. Probably knocked up a bit late."

Reece Jones (Superium): "They controlled the race from up front. Was too far back to make too much of an impact. Ran on strong."

Andrew Adkins (Super Helpful): "He went terrific. Right up in grade so just want to find a couple of nice races now. He has a couple of wins in him."

Rachel King (Amor Victorious): "Huge run. He has stepped up into this company really well."

Nash Rawiller (Huetor): "He gave me a great feel. Beautiful horse. I don't think the race was run to suit him. It was hard to make ground. He was good through the line late."

Tommy Berry (Bold Mac): "Might be looking for 2000m now. It's something he has struggled with in the past but he is relaxing better now to run the trip."

Tim Clark (New Endeavour): "That was a good run. He has returned nicely."
