Holler will ramp up his bid for international success with a barrier trial hitout at Randwick on Friday.
Holler could be the lone Australian-trained runner at the 2016 Royal Ascot carnival with the Godolphin colt entered for both the 2016 King’s Stand Stakes and the 2016 Diamond Jubilee Stakes.
Holler steps out in an open barrier trial over 1050 metres, where his rivals include stablemate Barbed, Group 1 winner Amicus and stakes-placed filly Flamboyant Lass.Winner for the Group 1 Canterbury Stakes during the Sydney Autumn Carnival, Holler hasn’t raced since running a close second to Flamberge in the 2016 Australia Stakes, also at Group 1 level.
Holler is booked to fly to England on May 31, with the 2016 Royal Ascot carnival held from June 14 to 18.
