The track is currently rated a soft 6 and the rail will be out 11m the entire circuit.

Our Ladbrokes preview can be found below.

RACE 1 - 1:00PM: JOCKEY WATCH PLATE MAIDEN SW (1400 METRES)

Makdane resumed with very encouraging run at Cranbourne late last month.

Sent for a break after an eye catching debut performance the son of Impending settled midfield and worked home strongly over the 1300m to claim second.

He will have taken good natural improvement from the outing and the rise to 1400m here looks ideal.

Ethan Brown retains the ride for Michael Kent and barrier three will see him afforded every chance.

RACE 2 - 1:35PM: ive PLATE MAIDEN 3YO SW (1200 METRES)

Beurre Rouge has just had the one start and there was a lot to like about her effort.

Over 1009m at Yarra Valley, she was slowly away and pushed up to settle midfield on the rail.

She tracked through nicely, albeit she was very raw but really knuckled down and chased hard over the final 150m.

A daughter of Russian Revolution, she will have taken good natural improvement from the run and will be suited up to 1200m.

Johnny Allen goes onboard for Ciaron Maher and with any luck from the alley I think she'll be right there at the finish.

RACE 3 - 2:10PM: BET WITH MATES HANDICAP 2YO FILLIES (1200 METRES)

Khadime makes her raceday debut.

The Star Turn filly has impressed in two recent jump outs and looks ready to go.

In an 800m heat at Pakenham she showed a strong finish to coast past them and win the heat.

Her most recent jump out, which was over 1000m, she really extended nicely over the final part to put up a big margin without being placed under any real pressure.

She gets the inside draw, which isn't always ideal for first starters as they can tend to be slow away but if she jumps well and can put herself up there she should prove hard to beat.

  BET NOW: Sandown Race 3

RACE 4 - 2:45PM: TILE IMPORTER HANDICAP BM70 (2100 METRES)

Into You drops back in grade after stepping out at Group Two level at her past two starts.

Only lightly raced, having had the five starts, the No Nay Never filly caught the eye on debut over 1300m on the Hillside.

She did a lot wrong and found herself at the tail upon straightening but charged late to claim third.  Sent back to the jump outs she then made it back to back wins and did it in style.

Beaten only 2.85 lengths last start in the Alister Clark Stakes, there was plenty of merit in her performance as she got a long way back and had to track wide.

She'll appreciate the drop back in class the 2100m looks suitbale.

Alana Kelly knows her well and will ensure she gets every chance from barrier two.

1 unit – INTO YOU

  BET NOW: Sandown Race 4

RACE 5 - 3:20PM: FAST FORM HANDICAP BM64 (2100 METRES)

Kentucky Nick has been racing well and was unlucky not have won last start.

Held up in behind runners in the early part of the straight, he had to switch back across heels and hit the line strongly to just miss.

The start prior he hit the front 100m out was just nailed right on the line.

The American Pharoah gelding looks ideally placed here at the 2100m journey and gets the services of Mark Zahra, who goes onboard for Tony and Calvin McEvoy.

1 unit – KENTUCKY NICK

  BET NOW: Sandown Race 5

RACE 6 - 3:55PM: LockettLED.au HANDICAP BM64 (1200 METRES)

Naiconi returns to the races after a lengthy break.

The daughter of Nicconi was last seen on raceday just over sixteen months ago where she finished second in the Listed Twilight Glow Stakes.

Prior to that she'd made it back to wins and showed plenty of promise.

The Hayes team has given her a number of jump outs to ensure she's ready to make her return and in her most recent heat, she looked very sharp.

Jaylah Kennedy will do the steering and take 3kgs off and she's set to enjoy a soft run from the low draw.

1 unit – NAICONI

  BET NOW: Sandown Race 6

RACE 7 - 4:30PM: SENET GAMBLING LAW EXPERTS HANDICAP BM64 (1500 METRES)

Allapercanto resumed with a very tidy effort here three weeks ago.

The three year old settled back at the rear and took the run along the rail and looked a live chance at the 200m but just peaked on her run late.

She will have taken plenty of benefit from the run and she did salute at her only previous second up outing.

Prepared by team Hawkes, the Per Incanto filly has performed well in all five of her raceday appearances and the rise to 1500m will suit.

Jamie Kah stays in the saddle and from the wide draw she's likely to get back and be finishing off strongly.

1 unit – ALLAPERCANTO

  BET NOW: Sandown Race 7

RACE 8 - 5:05PM: SET A DEPOSIT LIMIT HANDICAP BM64 (1600 METRES)

Extreme Virtue comes here off a last start Pakenham maiden win and there was plenty of merit in the performance.

From the outside gate she was pressed forward and then commenced to overrace in the early stages.

Settling outside the leader she found himself in front at the top of straight and showed a strong kick to pull away and score but just under two lengths.

She was unlucky not to have finished in the money on debut where she settled in the box seat and just had nowhere to go over the final stages.

A daughter of Extreme Choice, she looks to have plenty of upside and the way she worked through line last time suggests the rise to the mile will suit.

Craig Williams sticks with her and she's set to receive every chance from gate two..

1 unit – EXTREME VIRTUE
