Winning Trainer: Mick Price & Michael Kent Jnr (stable rep)
On the mare: "Wee Nessy put the writing on the wall at her first two starts this preparation and we kept her up here the whole time.
"She had the right formlines. Chain Of Lightning won a TJ. She came here in good form and she has really come on with three weeks between runs. Couldn't have been more confident coming here, really.
"She has really furnished into a proper mare now. We're not sure what the future holds in terms of breeding or racing on, but there are a few races in store for her.
"There are options. You've got a Sangster which will be quality field this year and you've got five weeks until the Doomben 10,000 and she absolutely thrives on wet tracks.
"There's options for us to ponder but the Sangster looks idea - fillies and mares, 1200."
Winning Jockey: Jamie Kah
On the win: "She is everyone's dream to ride. She does whatever you want, and she's talented.
"She won for me two years ago, I think, at Mornington and she is always consistent."
Beaten Jockeys:
Adam Hyeronimus (Red Card): "Very strong."
Tim Clark (C'est Magique): "Another good honest performance from her. She has had a good prep without winning."
Tom Sherry (Tashi): "A bit tardy away. Travelled OK in the run. Might be deserving of a break."
Tyler Schiller (Pippali): "I thought she was terrific through the line. Probably settled a touch closer in the run which took away from her sprint."
Michael Dee (Miss Hellfire): "Good effort. She stuck on well."
Jay Ford (Dalchini): "She was alright and will strip fitter for the first up run."
Andrew Adkins (Mirra View): "She was OK. Looking for that bit further and drop in grade will be fine."
Tommy Berry (Rainbiel): "She was disappointing."
Rachel King (Miss Faberge): "Good run. They might be a bit sharp for her over 1200m."
Louis-Philippe Beuzelin (Everyone's A Star): "She ran very well. Was quick into stride with natural speed. Found myself in a lovely position. Just found the last 100m the end of her run."
Dylan Gibbons (Wolves): "Just a bit outclassed today."
Craig Williams (Saltaire): "She wasn't able to utilise her barrier today because of her tardy start. She was a little bit plain towards the end."
Zac Lloyd (Ballroom Bella): "A very honest mare. She tried very hard once again."
