Port were going well after home victories over Fremantle and Essendon, but came unstuck when they travelled to take on Collingwood at the weekend.

The Power are priced at 3.00 to make the top four this season, and a home victory over the Saints is a must.

St Kilda are down in 13th spot on the ladder after winning just two games so far in 2024, and there is work to be done if they are to play finals.

Ross Lyon's side can be backed at 3.00 to make the top eight. A win in Adelaide would get them back heading in the right direction.

Home comforts could help Power

Port Adelaide have made the Adelaide Oval something of a fortress this season when winning three out of four.

The one defeat came against Melbourne, but it was a game that could have gone either way, and was settled late on.

Melbourne won by seven points but Port bounced back well to win the next two against the Bombers and Dockers.

The win against Fremantle was a close one, with just three points separating the two sides, but they did smash Essendon 111-42.

They will be targeting another convincing win against St Kilda and are priced at 5.50 to win by 25-36 points.

Port Adelaide have a great record against St Kilda when winning the last three games, all of which were in Melbourne.

Dan Houston is averaging 23 disposals a game but is in with a shout of producing 25+ against the Saints and is priced at 1.50 to do just that.

Saints face tough test

St Kilda were disappointing to say the least last week when suffering a 60-point home defeat against Western Bulldogs, and are in need of a response.

They have won just two games in 2024 and one of those was away from home at Richmond.

However a trip to Adelaide to take on Port represents a much sterner test.

St Kilda will be hoping the inclusion of Paddy Dow, an off-season signing from Carlton, will make a difference.

Dow has recovered from a knee injury and is in line to make his first start for the club.

Saints are sweating on the fitness of Max King, who needs to prove his fitness following a knee injury sustained against GWS.

If King does return to the side, he is priced at 11.00 to kick the first goal of the game or 1.13 to score at anytime.
