BULLA VINAKA (1) five-start maiden who has finished in the minor money at his last two outings. Wound up late to secure third over 1600m at Parkes on January 27. On the quick back-up and drops in trip for this. Watch for him late. MRS BULL (8) 17-start maiden with a good record this track and trip. Taken back from the wide gate before rattling late to secure second over 1600m at Parkes on January 27. Has solid top-three claims. GRAEME'S SHOUT (6) best effort in four career runs when ran on late to finish third over 1375m at Cowra on January 21. Claim helps and can run into the minor money.

STARLITE REBEL (3) has continued to finish thereabouts after scoring at Strathalbyn earlier in the prep. Has a horror draw to overcome but rates highly on best figures and warrants serious consideration. YEELANNA (4) struggled to keep up last start at Gawler when tackling tougher opposition. Will find this easier and is drawn favourably. Expected to make her presence felt. SUPER ALANA (6) was a dominant maiden winner here to kick off the prep but is yet to go on with it. Draw sticky but holds winning claims on best figures. SHEMAKESASTATEMENT (7) recorded another minor placing last time out, finishing third over 1360m at Kingscote. Best figures measure up and is sure to run well.
