NORTH MELBOURNE v PORT ADELAIDE
Saturday 25 May @ Blundstone Arena
Crowds between these two have hardly hit the headlines recently and it won't be any different in Hobart again.
To be fair, North were not hopeless against Essendon. At stages you even had the little thought of a monumental upset but reality stepped in.
Class took hold but Sheezel, Scott and mostly Davies-Uniacke made a better impact than recent times. That will see them do more against weaker sides. Are Port that?
You'd doubt that, although the first 122 minutes of the Hawthorn game makes you wonder. How they won anyone knows?
Port was poor. It was Butters and Horne-Francis that said "Rozee is not here so it needs to be us" but for so long it wasn't.
If they were against a side better than one sitting 15th they lose. Lordy, one more ball up and they lose to 15th anyway.
Match | North Melbourne | Port Adelaide | Ground |

Notes | Crowds of 6k and 5k last two meetings | ||
1 result in the last 8 was less than a 5 goal margin |
If North can put in the same effort and consistency across four quarters it could be a drama.
But it will only take Horne-Francis to remind North fans how bad it is (especially after the Harley Reid showpiece last Sunday).
Match Selection: Port Adelaide by 33 points
Suggested Bets: Jason Horne-Francis 3+ goals @ $7.00 @ bet365
