As opposed to that, they got as far up as 4 goals halfway through the last and almost got run down. One errant attempt late was all that stood between the hard work coming right undone.
Their remaining troops face another side who effectively did the same thing against the Swans but got zero in return.
Losing Richards in the middle and Naughton up front helped to stop any realism of a win but it pushed the Bont forward and things got mobile.

Reckoning here is playing at Marvel will suit the Dogs more. Yep they are missing Naughton but it gives Ugle-Hagan and Darcy more room to move. Pendlebury hurts the Pies.
