That midfield strength of the Blues only need to be half decent to give McKay and Curnow the artillery. You can imagine they will lick their chops in pristine conditions.

North had a nice record going against the Blues in recent years albeit that was the time Carlton was very poor and they have turned the corner now. The last two losses at this track have been comprehensive enough.

Carlton gets the job done without being overly flash after the week off.
