Three-year-old filly Anyaas began quickly, was outside the leader before easing at to race in fourth place. She put in quick run on turning for home, hit the lead at the 100m and went on to win very well by just over a length, putting up a good effort. Consistent mare Gocup Belle went to the front, was pressured a bit in the mid-stages but grabbed a break on straightening. She was only overhauled from the 75m and did well in fighting on for second.
