Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (7f) Special Weight A / $34,000
Challenging opener with four of the eleven racing for the first time. (11) BAZOOKA BOY has raced twice and improved in the second of those to run 2nd over this distance on February 17th, coming from well off the pace. He has to contend with the widest gate but that 7f experience can stand him in good stead and third-up he can be peaking. (3) APPLE QUEEN ran once last June and put in a decent performance over 5f. She hasn't been seen since, but she looked very well when racing on pace in a trial last month and can put in a bold showing first-up here. Moon Se-young partnering a first-time starter is always going to catch the eye, and (8) AMAZING ROCK is no exception. The Indie Band filly went through two trials, improving to win the second, and she should be in this a long way. (1) BEAT YEONGUNG and (2) AWESOME BRAIN are among the other contenders.

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (7f) Special Weight A / $22,000
(4) SHARKTEN has shown steady progress across four starts so far, culminating in a very close runner-up finish over this distance on February 25th when as has been his style, he settled in midfield before finishing off well. He comes in under the same weight and draws the same gate and has every chance of going one better. (7) MIGHTY BOM has a 2nda and a 3rd from his latest two, most recently when tried at this distance for the first time on February 17th. Moon Se-young climbs aboard and he is sure to have plenty of support here. (11) SHADOW HUNTER came from well off the pace run 5th over 6 1/2f at start number two on January 20th. With a better start and with the slight step up in trip, he should be going closer here. (6) SINUI UNMYEONG and (1) E.H. COCO among other placing chances.

Seoul Race 3: Class 6 (6 1/2f) Special Weight A / $22,000
Two standouts here. (10) FLYING KING has made solid progress across five starts so far with his latest being his best when 2nd over 7 1/2f on February 18th having led almost the entire way around. The draw here is not ideal but with a bit of luck he can be on pace again and this time can go one better. (7) SOLAIRE has a 3rd and two 4th place finishes from his latest three, coming from off the pace each time. He has the fastest final furlong average time among these, and shapes as the main danger. (8) INFINITE HONOR was an improved 5th at start number two over this distance on January 28th. He is another who likes to race on pace and can continue to get closer here. (11) SEOUL DOLPUNG and (2) MARUBYEOL are among others in the minor money hunt.

Seoul Race 4: Class 6 (1 1/16M) Special Weight A / $22,000
(1) WONDERFUL WELLS was beaten into 2nd place when favourite over 7f on January 13th, settling midfield and running on but not quite being able to get there. She comes up to two turns for the first time, she draws nicely, and today can be her day. (8) NEXTLEVEL was 3rd in that January 13th race and has since raced twice more, beating a couple of these over 7f on her latest on February 25th. She does have experience of two-turn racing and she has every chance of going close here, probably from on the pace. (11) BLOOD MOUNTAIN looks to have the right profile for the step up in trip, having been doing his best work late in his races. He can run into some money here. (9) QUEEN ABIGAIL and (10) EVER THE CROWN are other minor money hopes.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (7f) Handicap / $34,000
(8) MR. TROT ran out a narrow all the way winner on debut over 6f on February 18th. He comes up in class here as well as in trip, but he is down in the weights and has every chance of maintaining his 100% record. The main danger is (1) HANGANG POWER. He enters after a smart 2nd place at this class and distance on February 17th when settling just behind the speed and running on well. He comes into a much better gate this time and can be close once more. (10) YONGBI POWER took a couple of tries to get accustomed to this level but enters off a solid 3rd and 2nd from her latest two. She is versatile as well as they were over 6f and 1 1/16M, and she should be handy to the speed and in this a long way. The up in class (9) SUNNY ROAD, along with (6) THEME TANSAENG are others who can be considered.

Seoul Race 6: Class 5 (6 1/2f) Handicap / $34,000
Fillies and mares only here. (6) CHEONMAPYEONGJEONG will be the warm favourite. She got her win at start number two over 6f and comes in having run a close 2nd at this class and distance on January 13th, when racing on pace. She comes up 2.5kg in the weights here, but she should be on the speed again and this time, she can go all the way. (4) YEOWANG SOCKS got a bit far back on her latest appearance on January 27th although she ran on pleasingly enough for 5th place. With a better start she can be on or close to the pace in this company and she can be in this a long way. (1) GEOLJAK SKY will need a line drawn through her latest on February 3rd, a race in which she got hindered 5f from home and never featured afterwards. Her form prior to that was good though and she can be given another chance here. (8) SONGAM ARCHGIRL and (9) GREEN FEELSTAR among others in the placing frame.

Seoul Race 7: Class 4 (1M) Handicap / $46,000
Not an especially strong race and (9) NANO MASIN shapes as the warm favourite. He is yet t win in seven starts but has run well including when 5th on his first try at a mile on February 25th when showing on pace. He needs to be careful given the wide draw and short run to the first turn but under a light weight, he should take some beating. (7) FUN CRAZY has won, albeit just once in nineteen attempts. He enters off solid back-to-back 4th place finishes at this distance and 1 1/8M and should be in the finish again here. The form falls off a bit after those two. (1) SKY HAMSEONG has hinted at ability and while a spin around 1 1/8M last time out didn't suit, the light weight and inside gate means he is worth a chance at a mile here. (4) HWARANG TODAY and (2) WONDERFUL JOY others who can enter the minor money calculations.

Seoul Race 8: Class 5 (6f) Handicap / $34,000
(11) YEONGCHEON JISANG gets the verdict here. He has only won one of nineteen but enters off a strong 2nd a 3rd from his latest two, both at class and distance and both times coming from well off the pace. The wide draw won't be a problem and Moon Se-young gets on. (1) MENI SHARK and (2) LADY TAEPUNG come in having finished 2nd and 3rd respectively when they raced one another at class and distance on February 3rd. They both come into better gates here and should be close again. (4) MISS FINAL is up in class having registered her maiden win at start number four on December 9th. She comes in fresh following fourteen weeks off and gets a nice weight drop which should help her measure up in this company. (10) CUPID CHIC another in the placing frame.

Seoul Race 9: Class 4 (6f) Handicap / $46,000
(7) FRESH MAN enters having won three of five so far, including his latest at this class and distance on February 18th when on pace throughout. He comes up a full 3.5kg in the weights here, but he looks to have the potential for more development and another win shouldn't be ruled out. (1) GEUMSE came from midfield to run 2nd on his first try at this class over 6 1/2f p February 4th. He was the longest shot on the board that day but proved he can be competitive in this kind of company, he draws much better this time around, and he will warrant much more respect. (6) YEONGWON FIGHTER was 4th behind Geumse on February 4th having led for much of the way around. That was his first appearance since last June and he should strip fitter second-up here. (4) AMAZON KING and (10) RAON TAP PLAY others in the hunt.

Seoul Race 10: Class 3 (1 1/8M) Handicap / $57,000
A very competitive race. We'll take a chance on (10) GANGPUNGMA, who comes up in class having registered his fourth win at start number right when sent up to this trip for the first time on February 18th and coming from well off the pace. This is an order of magnitude harder, but he comes down 5kg in the weights and he can be equal to the task. (8) JEONGSANG ACE ran 4th on his first try at this class over a mile on February 4th. The step up to two turns can suit and under a nice light weight, he can be disputing the finish. Plenty of these raced one another at class and distance on February 17th and it was (6) CHEONDUNG HORANGI who came away with the spoils, saluting from off the pace. He comes up a full 3.5kg in the weights but a repeat shouldn't be ruled out. (4) POWER GUNJU and (11) HERO FIGHTER among other chances.

Seoul Race 11: Class 2 (7f) Handicap / $70,000
It's hard to go past (3) I'M JJANG. A winner of three form six so far, including both his lates ttwo, he comes up to two turns for the first time, but he has already been running the kind of times over this trip that will be more than competitive at this level. He comes down 4kg in the weights, he draws nicely, and he can continue on his merry way here. (9) RAON THE ARIA got a bit far bac in her latest effort over 6f on January 20th. She is a winner at this class though and the step back up to 7f can suit. (1) LAST PUNCH is another who does her best work late. She comes in having run a very good 5th in the Listed Segye Ilbo Trophy on February 18th and if she brings that form here, she is a big danger. (5) WONDERFUL KITTY and (6) JANGSAN POISON other placing chances.
