Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

Maidens with four of the eleven racing for the first time and one of those four can go on top. (1) BLACK SPECTER took two goes to qualify but did so in style on February 22nd, settling handy and running on to cross the line in front in a decent time. He draws nicely and if he can bring that form to the races, he can win. The exposed form isn't impressive with only (9) EUNPA PARTNER having pocketed any prize money. That came at his latest start on February 24th when a much-improved 3rd over 1200M. A repeat of that performance will see him closer in this company. It is very to make a case for any of the others. (2) SONE SONJABGO has raced just once, finishing 7th behind Eunpa Partner. She should have come on for that run and can improve. (11) SEMYEONG GHOST and (8) GEUMSEONG YEOJE could be other improvers but without much confidence.

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (1400M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(1) EUNPA JOY looks the one to beat here. That's based on his last start effort when 2nd over 1300M having settled midfield and finished off well. The slight step up in trip can suit and he can go one better today. (4) STUNNING MONEY has finished in the top-five on five of six occasions with a 2nd and a 3rd in the mix over 1300M. He has been doing his best work late in his races so for him too, the additional half furlong can help, and he should be there or thereabouts again. (2) P N S NALA was 5th behind Eunpa Partner last time out but it was only his second start and he showed improvement from his first. He draws nicely again to be on pace, and he should get closer. (11) HEUNGHAENG BULPAE and (7) MARUBYEOL among other placing chances.

Busan Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(6) BEOLGYO FRANCHE has shown slow but steady improvement across four starts so far with his 5th place on March 3rd over this distance being his best. He also looked sharp when winning a trial prior to that and in this company, he shapes as the winner. (11) BURUI TONGCHI ran 3rd on debut last October but hasn't raced since. He didn't offer many clues when trialling up at the start of this month but if he can deliver a similar first-up run here, he won't be far away. (10) DRIVING FORCE offered little in two outings around the turn of the year. She went back to trial at the end of February and looked much more competent running on pace and finishing in a good time. Expect improvement here. (1) GOLDMASK and (3) SWEET BEOMHAN others to consider for the minors.

Seoul Race 3: Class 5 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

(8) GEUMAK DIA is yet to win, having been promoted to this class with back-to-back 2nd places in his opening two runs. He has run fairly in two starts at this class, both over 1300M, finishing 5th and 6th with the margins not having been huge. The slight step back in trip can be in his favour and he has as good a chance as any here. (4) ARCH CLASS got his maiden win at this distance last September and has been gradually getting closer at this level, culminating in 2nd place last time out on February 18th. He draws well to be on the speed here and he has potential winning claims. (6) VELVETY returned from three months out to run fairly over 1400M on March 10th. She comes down in the weights and should strip fitter this time. (2) GANA POWER and (10) GEUMBIT GANGHO others in the hunt.

Busan Race 2: Class 6 (1300M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(12) BLACK FALCON has a 2nd and a 3rd among his last three starts most recently coming from well off the pace over 1200M. The wide draw shouldn't be a problem as he has a strong finish on him, and today can be his day. (1) WORLD MAID CAT was disappointing on his second outing last month but if we go on his January debut when he came from off the pace to run 2nd, he is worth another chance here and Moon Se-young climbs on. (2) ALICE MARINE was a significantly improved 2nd on March 1st racing handy and running on over this distance. She draws nicely again and can match or better that here. (8) HAERANG YOUNGUNG and (10) WE LIKE MONEY are others to consider for the places.

Seoul Race 4: Class 5 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

Fillies and mares only here. (4) FIJI BLADE remains winless after ten attempts but has no fewer than eight top-five finishes. That includes her latest on February 24th when after settling at the back, she ran on for a close 3rd over 1200M. She comes up 2.5kg in the weights but that's balanced by a much better gate, and she can make her breakthrough here. (7) DIANA and (6) TIZ MORNING both come up in class having registered their maiden wins on their respective third career starts, the former over 1200M and the later at this trip. They both like to race on pace, and both can measure up in this company. (2) ARCH RUNNER is another non-winner but has a 2nd and a 4th at this class and distance from her latest two and she should be close again. (1) LADY CODI another in the hunt.

Busan Race 3: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

Competitive race. (4) MACH MAN got his maiden win at the seventh time of asking when stepped up to this distance on March 1st and coming from off the pace. The win had been coming and while he is up in class here, the distance really seemed to suit and under a light weight, he can repeat. (3) KOHINOOR is also a winner over 1400M has subsequently proven competitive at this level with a 2nd and two 4th place finishes. She likes to come from off the pace and has a good draw here. (6) ANOTHER ONE comes in having beaten a couple of these on his way to a career-best equalling 2nd at this class and distance on March 3rd. That continued a string of consistent recent results, and he can be close here. (12) SINCHEON FIRST and (2) HAERANG ISEUL are others to consider.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

Small field and (7) MAX GOLD will take some beating. He got his maiden win two starts back over 1200M before running a solid 3rd on his first try at this class and distance on March 2nd having led for much of the way around. He should be on pace again and this time can go all the way. (5) AREUMDAUN SAI has multiple placings at this class and distance and can have a line drawn through her latest when she was first-up after almost three months out and was racing at 1700M. This looks a much more suitable assignment, and she should strip fitter. (8) SEMYEONG LADY has shown middling recent form, but she is a class and distance winner and shouldn't be dismissed. (3) JANGHEUNG CLASS and (1) SARANG DAMOA other possibles.

Busan Race 4: Class 3 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(12) NORTHERN BID returned from almost a year out on March 1st and suffered his first career defeat, running 2nd over 1200M. He had previously won three on the spin before the layoff. He actually comes up in class here, but he drops a full 6kg in the weights. That run should have done him plenty of good and he can get back to winning ways today. On the subject of comebacks, (5) BACKTOTHELEGEND comes back to the races for the first time since last September. He won his last two outings before the layoff, which brings him too up in class, and he looked very well when winning a trial two weeks ago. (9) ATLAS is a filly who mixes her form, but she was a class and distance winner two starts back and shouldn't be dismissed. (1) ECHO SUN and (7) FANTASTIC DAY others who can go close.

Seoul Race 6: Class 4 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(7) RAON THE DAESE comes in following three consecutive 3rd place finishes at distances between 1200M and 1700M. That brings her up in class here, but she comes down 3kg in the weights and this company is no stronger than what she has faced recently. She should win. (1) CHALLENGE SOCKS looks the best of the rest. The veteran mare was 5th on her latest outing over a mile but two starts back was 3rd at this class and distance and she should be close again. (6) P N S VILL is up in class having won over this distance on March 2nd when settling midfield and running on. He drops 2kg in the weighs and can be competitive. (10) HWANGGEUMKKOT and (9) MEOTJIN GANGHO others in the minor money hunt.

Busan Race 5: Class Open (1600M) Special Weight A / Luna Stakes (Listed) / KRW 300 Million

Sixteen three-year-old fillies take their chance in the first leg of the Triple Tiara. The favourite is (11) ECLIPSE BERRY. Runner-up in the Listed Gwacheon Mayor's Trophy in December, she has since won twice, most recently at 1800M at class 3 level. The mile therefore should pose no problem and the manner of that victory suggests that she could prove too good here. (8) BAEKDUUI KKUM was the standout juvenile filly at Busan last term, winning the Listed Gyeongnam DoMin Ilbo Trophy in December. She stepped up to a mile for her only run so far of 2024 and finished 6th of eleven in a very quick and competitive race over a mile at class 3 level. The margins weren't huge, and she should have benefited from the experience and back with her peers today, she can't be ruled out. (3) PERFECT ACTION was 2nd in the DoMin Ilbo but has since won back-to-back races at class 4, most recently over today's trip. She draws nicely and should be a danger. (16) GLOBAL TAEYANG and Gwacheon Mayor's Cup winner (14) GEOLJAK ONE are others likely to be supported.

Seoul Race 7: Class 4 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

Two standouts here. (5) RAON THE COBRA has never finished outside the top five in nine attempts. He is very nicely in at the weights here, draws well to be on pace, and has every chance. The danger is (3) VICTORY HIT. She is yet to win in her own nine starts but has had plenty of near misses including two starts back when she narrowly went down to 2nd at this class and distance in a fast time. She draws nicely, Johan climbs aboard, and today can be her day. (11) CHEONHAENGCHAT comes up in class having notched her maiden win at start number ten over this distance on February 24th. That win had been coming and while she draws a touch wider than ideal, she can be competitive. (7) MUNHAK EAGLE and (2) ZIRCON others in the frame.

Busan Race 6: Class 1 (2000M) Handicap / KRW 110 Million

Competitive class 1 to conclude with at Busan. (3) MACH TITAN returned to winning ways on January 28th, settling handy before taking things up a furlong from home and running on well, beating a few of today's rivals at this class and distance. He comes up a full 5kg in the weights, but he can be equal to that and can win again. (6) ALIVE STAR comes in having won three in a row, most recently his first try at class 1 on March 1st over a mile. He tackles 2000M for the first time, but he remains nicely weighted and four in a row can't be ruled out. (1) STAR MATTA is up in class having scored over 1800M on February 25th when coming from well off the pace. He comes down 5kg in the weights, but he has placed at this distance already at class 2 level and he can measure up. (5) CAPTAIN YANKEE and the returning (7) JESSIEUI KKUM are others in the frame.

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(8) KWAEHYANG is two starts into a comeback following five months out. He has run 3rd and 6th in those two outings, both at a mile and the drop back in trip can suit. He should be peaking fitness-wise, and CC gets the leg up. (7) MISS HIGH FLY will need a line drawn through her latest but going on her 2nd place two starts back over 1300M when coming from off the pace, she can be given a chance in this company. (4) DALGEUM similarly didn't catch the eye last time out over a mile, but she got her solitary victory at this distance and has proven competitive at this level. (2) P N S AI and (5) THANK YOU DAECHEON others who can compete for the minors.

Seoul Race 9: Class 4 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(3) HERE I AM is up in class following a win over 1700M on February 18th when settling handy and running through the line well. He comes down in the weights, he draws nicely, and he can repeat. (2) HWANGWOO CHOEGANG won two of his first four but while it has been a while between drinks, he has been racing well recently and was 4th on his only previous try at this distance. He should be on the front from the start, and he can be in this a long way. (7) EFFEL TAP comes up in class after three consecutive placings over 1700M. He is down significantly in the weights and should be more than competitive. (4) VIKING HEART and (1) TOUR QUEEN are the other logical placing chances.

Seoul Race 10: Class 3 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(10) OHRA KHAN has won his latest two in fine fashion, both over a mile and both times settling midfield before proving too strong. He comes up in class here and up to two-turns for the first time, but he comes down in the weights and he can complete his hat-trick. (1) MONTAUK CHAT is yet to finish worse than 5th from five starts. He ran 2nd over 1400M on his first try at this level. His racing style should suit two turns and he comes in under a light weight with plenty of potential for more progress. (6) A. P. PATEK was a winner at this class over a mile two starts back before running a solid 4th at this distance on February 17th. He carries his fair share of weight here but can be a danger late on. (11) SPEEDY ROOKIE and (8) BURUI SHINHWA among others to keep safe.

Seoul Race 11: Class 1 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 110 Million

(7) COSMO enters off a good 4th over 1400M at this class on February 25th when on pace throughout. She carries a light weight and drops back to a distance at which she has secured four of her five wins, and she may prove hard to hold out here. (6) RAON GIANT too carries a light weight. She can be hit and miss but is similarly a four-time winner over this trip and can be a danger here. (3) MIGHTY LOOK was 5th behind Cosmo last time out on what was her first try at class 1. She has run some super times at this distance and has a strong finish on her. (10) FOREVER DREAM and (4) WOW WOW are others who on their day can be firmly in the frame.
