A nice day here – some sun, some cloud but no rain and the track should be great.

Not much movement in the betting in the three big races so far but then not much has been expected.  The only slight movement to note is that Romantic Warrior is now out to 2.1 but that may change by start time.

There is a get-out in Race 10, a Class 2 handicap over 1400m and the question here is can John Size train the trifecta?  He will saddle Beauty Eternal on 2.8 with Zac Purton up, Tuchel (whom we rather like) on 4.9 and Cristian Demuro to ride and Red Lion on 13.0 with Antoine Hamelin on board.  In between the latter two in the market is Fantastic Treasure on 10.0 for David Hayes with J Mac riding.
