Hollie Doyle went to Milan not to go shopping but to ride in the Italian Oaks.

And she won on her first ride in Italy when Sharasana continued her string of wins to take out the Oaks from favourite German raider View Zabeel.  Katsumi Yoshida recently purchased the horse and presumably she will head to Japan when she has finished racing in Europe.  Third home was the Reynier trained Mayline which was not the Reynier we had in our tips.

And Hollie would have earned enough to do a little shopping if she had time for it!

In Cologne the Wöhler trained Straight won the Union Rennen by 5 lengths from Mr Hollywood and Nachtgeist who started on 38/1 was third, Napolitana fourth.

At Longchamp Breizh Sky finally got his win in the Moussac with the Kodiac product Good Guess second and Cawdor third.

The Pompidou West Wind Blows was too good for them winning from Hooking and Pleasant Jane.
