At Sha Tin on Sunday Purton equalled Moreira's winners for the season total of 170 wins.

He went on to get the 171st, 172nd, and 173rd before the day was out and there are two more meetings to go.

The feature on Sunday was the Swaine Cup and Courier Wonder continues to fill the bridesmaid's spot with a third in this, which was won by Adios who gave Alexis Badel his 200th Hong Kong winner.  Rewarding together was second and as mentioned above Courier Wonder third.
