There was a Group 2 and two G3s at Chantilly on Sunday al with small fields.

In the G2 Prix Robert Papin Christopher Head's good season continued when Ramutuelle ran like an odds-on favourite should to win by 4 lengths from Irish raider His Majesty 4/1.  5 ran.

The G3 Prix Messidor went to Fast Raaj 3/1 for Yves Barberot and Alexis Pouchin inflicting defeat on favourite Top Gear by 1 ¼ lengths with Ancient Rome third.
