The Prix du Calvados and the Prix de Pomone are both G2 races.

The Calvados is for 2yo fillies and sees Laulne, a c&d winner at G3 level, taking the next step up for Yves Barbarot and Alexis Pouchin. 2/1.  Classic Flower has good claims and is on 5/2 and not the worst but going a bit wider we find Les Bleus on 10/1.

The Pomone is for f&m and is over 2500m.  Ottery is favourite on 3/1 in a very open race and our lucky pin has landed on La Mehana 8/1, Voodoo Queen and raider Alpenblume both on 9/1 and slightly roughie Wonderful Times on 10/1.
