This is G2 for the 2yo fillies and was won by Les Pavots 3/1 for Graffard-Barzalona with favourite Ornellaia second and Laulne third.

The Prix de Pomone for the f&m went to Melo Melo 5/1 making a double for the two Group races for Francis Graffard and Mikael Barzalona.  Baiykara 6/1 was second and Ottery third.

Sunday's card had 4 very good races and although the going was tacky most of the horses managed OK.  The Prix Alex Head stayed in the family as Jannah Rose's trainer Carlos Laffon Parias is married to Patricia, Alec's grand-daughter.  Lumiere was a head away in second.

The Morny saw the raiders strike as the Crisfords Vandeek won by a short neck from favourite Ramutuelle – she was one who would have appreciated a bit drier ground – and River Tiber put to bed all the rumours and ran third.

The Rominet was a very tight finish indeed as Mqse de Sévigne just got the nostril in front of Via Sistina with Above The Curve third.  We were delighted with the win as the horse is looked after by our friend Zoe, who used to look after Cirrus des Aigles.

Another winner for Andre Fabre in the Kergolay when Sober continued to show how strong he is in winning over Grand Alliance 8/1 and The Good Man in the 3000m trip.
