And a bit of August too.  There's a G3 to get things going on Wednesday and then the Sales on Friday and much else.

Firstly the G3 – it's the 150th Renate und Albrecht Woeste Zukunfts-Renen for the 2yo over 1400m.

There's a raider here with a good chance – Carolina Reaper, by Too Darn Hot from Charlie Johnstone's yard with Jack Mitchell riding and we are presuming they haven't gone to Baden for the Hot Springs or the Casino so the 13/8 makes them favourite.

Geography 5/1 is by Holy Roman Emperor and Peter Schiergen has booked Rene Pietchulek for the ride.  Andreas Suborics will saddle West Man and will have Hugo Boutin riding – they are on 7/1.

Friday will be the day of the sales – rumours of people coming in from the Middle East in Private Jets etc and there will be plenty of racing as well.
